JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.,) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.02.2017, made in W.P.(MD)No.11009 of 2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.
3. In view of the subsequent writ petition said to have been filed by a third party in W.P.(MD) No.13905 of 2017, in which interim order was granted by this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed.
