JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of a suit for injunction pending on the file of the court of the Munsiff of Attingal. Any such application in O.S. No. 364/2013 on the file of the court of the Munsiff of Attingal shall be dealt with accordingly.
2. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit before the court closes for summer recess in the year 2015. The parties shall maintain status quo till the suit is disposed of within the time stipulated.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
