M.S.Jayaprasad vs State Of Kerala

High Court Of Kerala|26 May, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs: “1. To issue a writ, direction or order commanding the 2nd respondent to take immediate steps in furtherance Ext. P6 and to complete the resurvey correction mentioned in Ext. P5 immediately without any further delay.
2. To direct 2nd respondent to fix a near date and time to conduct resurvey and correction mentioned in Ext. P5 immediately without any further delay and to notify it to the petitioner immediately, pending disposal of the original petition.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that Ext. P7 has already been forwarded to the Additional Tahsildar, Neyyattinkara for appropriate action and necessary proceedings will be completed within a short time.
Under these circumstances, I do not think that any orders are to be passed in the writ petition . However, it is made clear that the Additional Tahsildar concerned shall take necessary steps pursuant to Ext. P7 and necessary proceedings shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
