JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.V.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Muniyasamy, learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC appearing for the respondent and perused the materials produced.
2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the interim order, dated 01.08.2014, made in M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2014 in W.P.(MD) No.12536 of 2014, whereby stay of the order passed by the respondent, dated 14.07.2014, was granted. However, in spite of the said order of stay, the petitioner was directed to appear before the authority concerned for enquiry. Therefore, in this contempt petition, an interim order has been granted on 25.09.2014 and pursuant to which, the respondent has not initiated any action thereafter.
3. In the light of the above, the interim orders granted in the writ petition as well as in this contempt petition shall continue till the disposal of W.P.(MD). No.12536 of 2014.
4. The contempt petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
