JUDGMENT / ORDER

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.Heard Mr.T.Karunakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1&2.
3.The petitioner made an application seeking planning permission for the construction already put up by him. On receipt of the said application, the second respondent in and by his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1311/2015/VD3, dated 07.03.2016, forwarded the same to the respondent No.1. As the first respondent has not acted on receipt of the said communication, dated 07.03.2016, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
4. Considering the above, direction is issued to the respondent No.1, to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid proceedings of the second respondent dated 07.03.2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed accordingly. No costs.
