The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.17879 of 2015, dated 25.6.2015 has been complied with. In this regard the District Elementary Educational Officer, Cuddalore, has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.4681/A2/2015, dated 14.09.2017.
