JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that she had purchased Plot Nos.6,8,13 and 14 in R.S.No.90/3, Cadastre No.963 by way of registered sale deeds in Doc.No.125 of 2016 dated 17.12.2015. Thereafter, with an intention to purchase the neighboring plots viz.,Plot Nos.7,9, and 15 in R.S.No.90/3, Cadastre No.963 from the same vendor, sale deed were executed on 27.10.2017 and when presented for registration before the Sub Registrar, Oulgaret, Pondicherry, the said two sale deeds were kept pending. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner filed a petition before this Court in W.P.No.39634 of 2016, wherein, this Hon'ble Court by an order dated 14.11.2016, disposed of the petition directing the registering authority to conduct inquiry after giving due opportunity to all the parties concerned. The petitioner further submitted that pursuant to the order, he appeared for an enquiry and no one represented on behalf of any person, who had alleged to have given protest petition. However, pursuant to the enquiry, the said pending documents were registered with respect to Plot Nos.7,9 and Plot No.15 respectively and the petitioner was in peaceful possession of the said lands. Now, the petitioner had applied for transfer of Patta on 14.12.2016 and the same was received on 22.12.2016. However, till date no orders have been passed by respondent, the petitioner is before this Court with this Writ Petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.I.Abrar Md. Abdullah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.T.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing on behalf of the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
