The petitioner had approached this Court complaining of the delay on the part of the Government in disposing of Ext.P6 representation filed under Rule 92 of Chapter XIV A of KER wherein, the petitioner had sought for approval of her appointment from 08.10.2007 up to 31.05.2011. 2. Heard the Learned Government Pleader.
3. Having regard to the nature of contentions, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under.
The 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P6 representation and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
