----------------------- The petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of 1.65 cents of land in old Sy.No.43/1B/18/25, 43/1B/18 (RS 306/6) of Anchal Village. The petitioner submits by resurvey the extent of the property owned by him reduced to 12.25 cents. The petitioner submits that this is on account of the mistake crept in resurvey while measuring the property. Hence the petitioner submitted Ext.P6 complaint before the Additional Tahsildar. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking an early disposal of Ext.P6 complaint. If the resurvey has not been notified, the Additional Tahsildar shall consider the above and take appropriate decision after hearing the petitioner. If the resurvey is notified, the petitioner shall approach the District Collector under Section 13A of the Surveys and Boundaries Act. In the event of the revision, the District Collector shall dispose of the revision within further period W.P.(C).No.32370 of 2014

of two months on receipt of such application after hearing the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
