JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent University had submitted that the provisional certificate of the B.L. Degree Course and the Mark statement of the examination conducted for the B.L. Degree regular course, in the month on May, 2001, are ready and available with the first respondent University. It is open to the petitioner to collect the same.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent University, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
