The contempt petition filed to punish the contemnors / respondents herein for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.6349 of 2017 dated 19.04.2017.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader, Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. He also produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, dated 29.08.2017, which is in compliance of the order of this Court in the writ petition.
3. Recording the statement of learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
