The matter in issue falls within the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the said remedy and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In the light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty to pursue the remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal, is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
NB: Registry is directed to return the original order to the learned counsel for the petitioner under acknowledgement.
