(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is against the fourth and fifth respondents of having made encroachments on land for which legal action is sought under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
2.The third respondent is called upon to inspect the area within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and based on the result of the inspection, if encroachment is found, to take action in accordance with law and conclude the same within a maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
