Ms. Namita Yadav vs State Of U.P. And Others

Let Registrar, University of Lucknow appear before this Court on 13.12.2010 in person along with his affidavit categorically stating as to how allotment letters are being issued for admission to B. Ed. Course in V.S.S.D. Post Graduate College, Kanpur despite the total intake permitted by the National Council for Teacher Education for the institution having already been filled in terms of the earlier allotment letters issued by the same University and as to why this Court may not impose exceptional cost for creating a situation where the candidate is being shunted like a football by the Lucknow University because of non-carrying attitude.
