JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 17.04.2017 to the 2nd respondent inter alia alleging that the 3rd respondent is using the service connection meant for domestic purpose for running a power loom. As the said representation is yet to be disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Though a larger prayer is sought for, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the pending representation is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent after due notice to the parties concerned.
3.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 17.04.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after due notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
