JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, aggrieved by Ext.P2 order, has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. By Ext.P2 order, petitioner's goods have been detained and he has been directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- towards security. Having considered the amount involved, there shall be a direction to release the goods covered by Ext.P2 to the petitioner on his executing a simple bond for the above amount without sureties.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
