This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.No.562/2014 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam. 2. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent became bitter and proceedings were initiated by both parties. From the petition, it is discernible that the petitioner has initiated proceedings as O.P.No.1492/2014 before the Family Court, Ernakulam seeking recovery of money and gold ornaments. It is pointed out that she is a handicapped lady and she finds it difficult to go to Irinjalakuda for attending the case on every posting date. Therefore, she prays that it is only appropriate that the matter pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda be transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam being convenient for her and also to avoid conflict of decisions.

3. Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no appearance for him.
4. In the light of the fact that already a matter is pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam, there is no reason as to why the relief should not be granted to the petitioner.
In the result, this petition is allowed. O.P.No.562/2014 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.
