In respect of a loan transaction, the petitioner raised certain grievances before the second respondent by way of Ext.P3 representation. The only limited prayer in this writ petition is that the second respondent may be directed to consider Ext.P3 after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and to keep in abeyance all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P2 notice.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.
3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 after affording a personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till the disposal of Ext.P3, Ext.P2 shall be kept in abeyance.
