JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with Ext.P3, which is an order passed as early as in 14.08.2014 granting the permit. The petitioner contends that the timing conference is scheduled on 16.10.2014. The petitioner would be entitled to raise objections. However, if there is any objection with respect to the variation granted, the petitioner definitely would have to invoke the alternate remedy and not the extraordinary remedy under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is hence, closed leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner.
