This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 03.02.2015 in W.P.No.21863 of 2014.
2. Heard Mr.A.P.Surya Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Velumani, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
3. The parties have understood the observations made by the Court, on the earlier hearing i.e., on 06.02.2017 and have resolved the issue and produced a copy of the sketch as well as photographs that a 14 feet entry has been provided and there is also a gate has been installed.
4. In the light of the satisfaction recorded by the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
