The contempt petition filed to punish the contemnor / respondent herein for his willful disobedience to the orders of this Court dated 02.12.2016 and made in W.P.(MD)No.23565 of 2016.
2. The learned Government Advocate, Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah , appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. He also produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Karur dated 15.06.2017, which is in compliance of the order of this Court in the writ petition.
