The petitioner in these two Civil Revision Petitions has endorsed today that 'the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has granted interim stay of the order passed in CMP NO.609 of 2009 in F.A.No.360 of 2009 in C.C.No.20/2008 on 09.11.2009 and ordered notice returnable by 30.11.2009 and hence these two Civil Revision petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn and that the petitioner will pursue the matter before State Commission.'
2. In view of the aforesaid endorsements made by the revision petitioner, these two Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn without costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
