Petitioner claims to be the owner in possession of 12 items of property referred in the Writ Petition. Petitioner relies on Exts.P1 to P1(g) series of documents to establish the right, title and possession of the properties. Petitioner has approached the second respondent under the Survey and Boundaries Act. Ext.P3 is the application under form No.8.
2. In view of the application under form No.8 in terms of statutory provision, the second respondent shall take necessary steps to finalise the proceedings based on Ext.P3 within a period of four months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
