JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and he has informed about the hearing of the Writ Petition to the husband of the writ petitioner and there is no information received from him. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as there is no information received from the husband of the writ petitioner, the Court may take note of the same and pass appropriate orders. As the petitioner is no more, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. The dismissal of the Writ Petition will not preclude the respondents from initiating action for recovery of the amount due from the husband of the petitioner. No costs.
