These petitions are filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.No.766/2014 and O.P.No.765/2014 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and that gave rise to the litigations. The petitioner in these petitions points out that she is working at Thiruvananthapuram District and she finds it difficult to come over to Irinjalakkuda to attend the case on each of the posting dates. Apart from that she points out that she has nobody to accompany her to Irinjalakkuda and she is not so financially sound. Therefore she prays for a transfer of these cases to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

3. Notice was served on the respondent and there is no appearance on his behalf.
Since there is no objection raised for the transfer, these petitions are allowed and O.P.No.766/2014 and O.P.No.765/2014 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
