JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is stated that the learned Arbitrator has passed an award on 02.08.2017. It is further stated that aggrieved against the portion of the award, the respondent filed an Arbitration Original Petition in OP.No.747 of 2017 before this Court and the same is pending. Therefore, it is for the parties to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum, in pursuant to the award passed by the Arbitrator.
2. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
