JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed against the order dated 20.06.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9927 of 2016.
2.Paragraph No.5 of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9927 of 2016 dated 20.06.2016 reads as follows:
"Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that, it is a fit case to be enquired into by Land Grabbing Cell of Central Crime Branch. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on a complaint being given, the same shall be allotted to the Inspector of Police, Anti-Land Grabbing Cell, for enquiry and appropriate action."
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9927 of 2016 has not been complied with.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) brought to the notice of this Court that Mr.G.Kannan, Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Chennai, conducted enquiry pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9927 of 2016 on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and closed the complaint based on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature and a copy of the report dated 22.11.2016 has already been furnished to the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, this Contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
