2. The Miscellaneous Petition No.1 of 2010 has been filed to condone the delay of 205 days in filing the CMA.SR.No.21254 of 2010.
3. When the matter came up for hearing on 07.03.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner/Appellant. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter today (i.e., 08.03.2017) under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner/Appellant. Hence, M.P.No.1 of 2010 in C.M.A.No.SR.21254 of 2010 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, C.M.A.No.SR 21254 of 2010 is rejected. No costs.
