Mr.I.Arockiasamy, the learned Government Advocate represented that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with vide proceedings of the District Registrar (Admin) M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., rka (Incharge), Chennai South dated 10.09.2015 in proceedings No.6402/Aa3/2015. He has produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court which is taken on file and recorded. 2 In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is always at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
