JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 4 and 5 in view of the order which is being passed. 2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the first, second and fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner in the matter covered by Ext.P1 suit by compelling him for a settlement.
3. Learned Government Pleader after getting instructions submits that a complaint was received from the petitioner himself, to which both the petitioner and the fifth respondent were summoned. It is further submitted that, finding that there is a dispute regarding the financial transaction between the parties, the police advised them to settle the dispute by approaching civil court. It is also submitted that no further action has been taken WP(C). No.28318/14 2 as on the date of complaint.
4. The petitioner himself has stated that O.S. No.218 of 2014 has already been filed. In that view of the matter, especially in view of the submission of learned Government Pleader, we see no reason to continue the writ petition.
The writ petition is closed.
