[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented on behalf of the Respondent/Contemnor that the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.24562 of 2016, dated 22.12.2016, has been complied with by the Respondent on 14.11.2017 by passing necessary orders thereto.
2. Also, the Respondent/Contemnor had stated in his proceedings dated 14.11.2017 that as per the complaint of the Petitioner, through Usilampatti Revenue Divisional Officer, action was taken.
3. In view of the above, this Court holds that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
