JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.Issue Notice. Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of learned counsel for parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal.
2.The prayer made in this writ petition is that the respondents should consider the representation dated 10.12.2016, filed by the petitioner.
3.In effect, vide this representation, the petitioner seeks a copy of the order dated 05.08.2015, passed by the District Collector, Krishnagiri.
3.1.It is the case of the petitioner that he has not received a copy of the order dated 05.08.2015.
4.Therefore, without prejudice to the rights of the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to supply a copy of the order dated 05.08.2015, to the petitioner.
5.If an appeal is preferred, which I am told by the petitioner, is available, as a remedy to challenge the order dated 05.08.2015, it will be open to the respondents to demonstrate in fact and on law, that the order dated 05.08.2015 was served on the petitioner. Similarly, the petitioner will have liberty to contend to the contrary.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Consequently, connected pending application is closed. No costs.
