JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the sixth respondent that the matter had been settled between the parties and in any event, the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 5 with pre-condition, by order dated 06.01.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.23661 of 2015, does not arise and hence, no contempt is made out to punish the sixth respondent herein. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
