3. The respondents have initiated the land acquisition proceedings for developing SIPCOT Industrial Complex at Unit I Sriperumbudur Expansion Scheme II, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District. In the said process, the land belonging to the petitioner covered in Survey No. 2/4, at No.22 Vadagal A, Palnallur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District was also acquired. 4. Notice dated 02-08-2014 with a further notice to the first, third and fourth respondent would clearly show that till date no further orders appear to have been passed. Therefore, this Court putting on notice the learned Government Advocate, directs the first respondent to pass orders T. RAJA,J.
glp relating to the enquiry conducted by him on 27-08-2014 relating to the acquisition of land belonging to the petitioner, if not already passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
