JUDGMENT / ORDER

Issue notice to respondent no.2.
At this stage, Sri Amitabh Singh, advocate has put in appearance for respondent no.2 and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the parties contend that they would like to settle their disputes through Mediation and Conciliation proceedings.
Let the petitioners and respondent no.2 appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 18.7.2012.
Petitioners would make a deposit of Rs.3000/-(three thousand only), which shall be remitted in favour of Mediation and conciliation Centre of this court.
List after report is received from Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
