JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 08.06.2015. Subsequently, the matter was adjourned twice. When the matter was listed again on 16.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was directed to be posted on 17.11.2017, under the caption For Dismissal.
