JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 3. Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider his representations dated 05.07.2017 and 21.08.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for permission to cut and remove 900 numbers of rubber trees planted in his estate.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request made by the petitioner has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the said representations of the petitioner dated 05.07.2017 & 21.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
