suk Revision Petition, the original suit in O.S.No.643 of 2005 was dismissed for default by II Additional District Munsif, Vridhachalam. The respondent has not so far filed application to restore the suit. In view of the subsequent events relating to the dismissal of the suit, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
