When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that even though police protection was sought for by the third respondent, on that particular date, the land could not be measured and therefore the third respondent is ready to survey the land whenever a letter is given in writing seeking police protection to the fourth respondent.
