JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to make rectification in the relevant records based on his representation dated 07.02.2017.
2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2017.
4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
