2.When the matter was taken up today, the Court posed a question to the learned counsel appeareing for the petitioner as to how the interim relief sought for to grant injunction against the private respondents Nos.8 to 136 is maintainable?.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate the matter in the manner known to law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout his right in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected misellaneous petition is dismissed.
