The correction application is allowed.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 09.02.2021:-
In the second line of second paragraph of the order dated 09.02.2021, in place of "Case Crime No. 879 of 2019", it shall be read as "Case Crime No. 8 and 9 of 1990".
Similarly, in the order dated 23.02.2021 also, in place of "Case Crime No. 879 of 1990", it shall be read as "Case Crime No. 8 and 9 of 1990".
