This writ petition has been filed praying for the following mandamus to be issued to the respondents :-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to absorb the petitioners against suitable posts in Government Departments, Corporations, Local Bodies or in any other Cooperative Institutions etc.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents-authorities to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioners till date."
With regard to prayer no. 1, no legal right could be shown by the petitioners for a direction to be issued to the respondents to absorb the petitioners against suitable posts in Government Departments, Corporations or Local Bodies etc.
However, with regard to prayer no. 2 insofar as the arrears of salary of the petitioners have not been paid till date, the petitioners have already made representations in their individual capacity to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies/Commissioner, Cooperative Societies U.P., Lucknow, which have been collectively filed as Annexure- 5 to the writ petition.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the controversy raised in this petition, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
