State of Karnataka By HAL Police Station, High Court Building, Bengaluru – 560 001.
[By Special Public Prosecutor] …Respondent (By Shri. Vijayakumar Majage, Addl. SPP) ---
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the order dated 16.01.2017 in Crl. Misc.No.25020/2017 passed by the XIII Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Mayohall, Bengaluru by permitting the petitioner to Travel outside the jurisdiction of the Trial Court and Abroad on work relation purposes.
This Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R The court below having imposed a condition that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the court without permission of the court, the petitioner has preferred this petition. The petitioner could have as well approach the court below seeking modification of that condition. But since the petition is already filed and is now posted for orders, there is no injustice caused if the condition imposed by the court below is modified, to say that the petitioner may leave the jurisdiction of the court only on work with prior permission of the jurisdictional police. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
