JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented that subsequent to passing of the order, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, festival was conducted peacefully without any untoward incident. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, is placed on record.
2. The concerned authorities, see to it that as and when festival is held in connection with Arulmigu Vengai Nachiamman Thirukkoil, proper and effective procedures are followed and also take necessary steps to prevent any untoward incident.
3. This Contempt Petition is closed subject to the above observations. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is also closed.
