JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court with the following reliefs:- (i). To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate direction or order directing the respondents to take steps to demarcate and provide subdivision to the property owned by petitioner pursuant to Ext.P5 complaint, survey sketches and Title documents.
(ii). Or in alternative, to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate direction or order directing the respondents to finally dispose of Ext.P5 complaint on merits within a short, stipulated period of time.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the W.P.(C).12260/2011 2 second respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders with regard to the issue projected in the writ petition.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, second respondent is directed to consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
5. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with the copy of the writ petition before the second respondent for taking further steps.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
