JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to delete the L.O.C. request dated 29.08.2007 made by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner.
2.Heard Mr.K.Rajasekaran, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Jaysing, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, appearing for the first respondent and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the second respondent, who is present before the Court, would submit that the petitioner was arrayed as A1 in Crime No.9/2007 and after the investigation, the second respondent has filed charge sheet before the Trial Court and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.535 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI Court, Madurai and after trial the petitioner was acquitted.
5.In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
