Prayer: Contempt Petition filed Under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.22554 of 2015 dated 21.01.2016.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents submitted that except interest on computation, the entire amount has been paid.
2.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pay the balance amount within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the petitioner is permitted to revive the contempt petition. No costs.
