JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 1326 of 2017, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. The second respondent/defacto complainant herein has filed an affidavit dated 07.09.2017, before this Court stating that the second respondent had named the petitioner by mistakenly identifying him. The defacto complainant has further stated that the petitioner is no way connected with the complaint preferred by her and also stated that she has no objection to quash the complaint in Crime No. 1326 of 2017, pending on the file of the first respondent police herein.
2. In support of the said affidavit, the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant have also filed a joint memo dated 13.09.2017. The defacto complainant is personally present before this Court and has been identified.
3. To the proof of identification, the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their respective Aadhar Cards viz., 1. M. Ramesh  648077060315 and 2.S.R.Durga  908284074524 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. Recording the same, the criminal original petition stands allowed. Consequently, the investigation in Crime No. 1326 of 2017, pending on the of the first respondent police is quashed.
