M.Ramasamy vs Mr.Kannan

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Tahsildar, in his report, stated that the encroachments have all been removed on 06 September, 2017. In order to verify the said fact, we have directed the petitioner to be present at 10.30 a.m., on 11 September, 2017, so as to enable the Tahsildar to show him the encroachments removed. We are informed that the petitioner failed to turn up and as such, the Tahsildar was constrained to return.

2. In view of the report submitted by the Tahsildar, the Contempt Petition is closed.
